For defining if the problem of the racism and not tolerance are actual in Belarus, were made social research work on topic “Are we tolerant or not”. Were created questionnaire and 120 people did answer on it. Opinion poll was made during 3 weeks on 3 main streets in following cities – Minsk, Gomel and Brest. Results of sociological research work were showed up that people of Belarus is not tolerant, but very impatient to other nations and cultures, especially for people with the other skin color rather they had. After this work became clear that public opinion that people of Belarus the most tolerant nation just stereotype.
Now we can say for sure that this problem is very actual in our Republic and our PMT – members of antiracism and xenophobia group started to think over about projects which will help to solve this problem.
