I believe my ability in good communication with people and finding the optimal decisions, concentration of the efforts for the maximum results, and my volunteer efforts will help to realize many activities of YTNF. I am eager to get more experience on how to write and manage the projects as well as raising its efficiency and I believe I am able to do some activities in HR field to influence the situation regarding this in my region.
