The group is directing its work on activities with children at the Special boarding school for mentally disabled children in Paraskoveyevka. In the summer 2006 international volunteer project was organized to assist with renovation of the school and run different activities with orphans. The project took place in the framework of bilateral project of SVIT-Ukraine and SCI-Switzerland, with financial support of Ostprojekt. A group of local volunteers from Artemovsk visited the children on December 31st to have New Year celebration.

Now PMT members are developing long-term project in the boarding school, aimed at three directions: agricultural training, social and domestic adaptation. Volunteer activities will continue, as international short-term volunteer projects, actions and joint excursions.
