I work for a local magazine which my friends and I created one (1) year ago. My work is very exciting but also very demanding; it is very interesting to be an editor, designer, and manager all in one. :-)

I like listening to rock music, reading classic books, watching good movies, and sleeping late when I can afford it. I don’t like the cold (it’s cold 4 months a year in Ulan-Ude!), horses, and my noisy neighbors but in general I’m pretty tolerant! I have been with SCG since its inception in 2002. In regards to this project, I became involved with it despite being busy with many other activities because I find the project to be extremely important for the city.

It’s not a secret anymore that the current Russian system progressively declines from values of democracy. One man (well-known in Russia) once said:

‘the main difference between democratic countries (with all their deficiencies) and authoritative countries is the following: People in democratic countries understand that authorities can do much but can’t do everything but people in authoritative countries sincerely think that authorities can do everything’.

I am dreaming of the day when the people in my Republic will realize that their will is the most important power for change and prosperity. It is very important to make sure many people are aware of this, and participation in this project is my humble contribution to this task. I do believe we can bring about real changes in life if we are unified and have a clear vision. Also, I enjoy I enjoy being the part of our team (the best one can find!)
