Strategical Seminar from Berlin Group leadership training ChisinauFundraising Seminar. BerdyanskProject Management Training in MinskThis seminar was useful because:

All the organizations understood very clear what the idea of this project is, and how the six organizations involved could cooperate.

We had the chance to meet all the faces involved in YTNF: Senior and Regional Managers, PMT members, Steering Group.

Also, there were organized 3 important workshops on: Human Rights, Social Inclusion and Antiracism.

Meeting with Zukunft’s fond.
Reasons why we (SVIT, AVI, NG, SCG) want to cooperate:

As we all come from Eastern Europe countries, we have the same background, the same problems.
When you have more partners around you, you are more motivated to go on.

During the open-space of the seminar, an AGREEMENT was writen and signed by all the participants at seminar: "I, as a person by free will, want to participate in YTNF project. And I swear to contribute with all my experience, motivation, commitment, energy and intelligence. I’ll work in a democratic spirit of mutual understanding during all the period of the project (3 years)! I have not been influenced by any other outside force for signing this agreement."
