1st of June is the International Child’s Day. What do you need in order to make a child happy and to bring a smile on his face? How expensive do you think the happiness of a child is? Take one piece of BALLOON, add a VOLUNTEER, put some smiles with a marker and a lot of air (from your lungs) and you get a big smile on the beneficiary’s face. And all of this you multiply by ten the number of volunteers… by 100 the number of the balloons and you get a smiley park, where each child meeting with the group of “walking balloons” got his balloon. On 13th August, our all 3 PMTs had a nice outdoors meeting, in order to consolidate the team. After a short description of each of us, of AVI-Moldova and YTNF projects for those that were new, we had organized a brainstorming of our future project ideas. The weather was fine, so we had the occasion to practice some sports, like volleyball or badminton and to admire Valea Trandafirilor’s view. This meeting was an opportune impulse for us to continue focusing on achieving our goals. We had a really good time. So we are looking forward for the next picnic. Details...

On 21 of July, AVI-Moldova organized the photo-exhibition "I am a volunteer". The exhibition consisted of a lot of photos, which are proving that volunteering is necesarry in our society. PMT members of Human Rights, together with Social Inclusion were involved in the organization the exhibition. In this way, they improved their group-leadership skills and gained experience in unfolding a certain activity. Volunteers prepared own stands with different photos from seminars and activities that already took place in YTNF project: Opening Strategical Seminar. During the Fundraising Seminar from Berdyansk was discussed the idea of a slogan for our project. Even though there were opinions that the title of this project is a perfect slogan itself, it was decided to find a YTNF slogan anyway. So, we thought to spread this idea to PMTs. Carolina Secrieru, AVI-Moldova PMT HR member, proposed one:  Youth Transcending New Frontiers -"Join, Discover and Act! ". Details...

Team-building through free time activities. 12 July YTNF-Moldova Multipliers (Elena, Emilia, Carolina, Carolina, Violeta, Alina) prepared a surprise for Stas Sajin's birthday -an active Human Rigths PMT member. Thanks to Stas we enjoyed a tasty cake and thanks to us he got a nice Birthday Poster with wishes from all of us. This event helped to consolidate the PMTs. 1 August AVI-Moldova celebrated the webmaster's birthday: Corneliu Cordeleanu. Also Olga Balan has got 18 years old. Corneliu brought 2 delicious cakes, and Olga a lot of fresh fruits. We continued our birthday-poster-tradition. 12 August Outdoors meeting. All the 3 PMTs together, intend to organize a barbecue in a park of Chisinau, in order to consolidate out team. Details...
