Moldavian Evening to the Charity Center for Refugees

Today, 26th of June, at the initiative and invitation of Tolerance Club Moldova, the volunteers of AVI Moldova plan to organize a nice national evening for the Charity Center for Refugees.

The Agenda:

  • Meeting the participants
  • Division of the participants in 4 groups
  • Visiting the following workshops by each group:
  1. National Holidays and customs
  2. Casa Mare and the life style of Moldovans
  3. The history of Moldova and Chisinau
  4. National Arts and folklore

Afterwards, is planned a cultural programme which will include national dances, national songs and national food :)

The sessions were planned in such a way that you couldn't feel bored or tired. I think that it is a very important point which was accomplished with success by the organizers of this event. All the trainers were professionals and did their job as good as possible. The information was delivered to the audience with clarity and enthusisasm. They were able to capture our attention and involve us in a spirited debate. We were in a permanent interaction with them, so that the sessions have never become some kind of theoretical lessons. I especially enjoyed the sessions which were leaded by Daniela and Reghina. We have ceceived a lot of new and useful information regarding the notion of "Partnershp". Details...

You can not answer these questions if you never were the subject of a Free Hug, you may only guess… One thing is sure, on Saturday, 19th April 2008, AVI-Moldova volunteers decided to spread free hugs again.
