Our first donation!

We are pleased to announce that today we received our first individual donation for our project.
Two long-standing members of VIA Belgium (Els and Willy Dries) have kindly donated 100 Euros.
Many thanks Willy and Els!
The money will be used to help finance the new YTNF flyer being made by the PMTs of SVIT-Ukraine with the help of Marilou Ruiter of VIA-Netherlands (so we can also say this is a combined Benelux support of our project...!).

We are still looking for two SCI long-term volunteers to work for one year in social projects in Moldova and Ukraine, starting on October 1st 2006. The posts are being partially funded by the EVS Program of the European Union. For further information contact info@sci-d.de. Details...

SCI Germany is currently organizing two Summer Schools for PMT members from SCG, Siberia. The first was focused on the theme “working with minorities”. The second, which will take place from 12.08 – 02.09.2006 in a former Gestapo camp (now a remembrance centre) near Osnabruck has the topic of anti-racism. Details...
