On the 28th of October, 11 creative volunteers met to discuss the continuation of the Dobre Razom project. It started with a presentation of the study visit. Afterwards we discussed how we can create an exhibition and what we want to have in this exhibition. It brought us to the idea of public installation consisting of banners to get more people to think about the problem of racism. We all liked it because it includes the complete message we want to send with the exhibition, is space-saving and can be easily 'visited' even by an idle person in some few minutes - and still out goal will be achieved! We decided to have three main topics for the installation:
- stereotypes about racism;
- exclusion and racism;
- and celebrating diversity.

To get more people involved and gain more material for our public installation we decided to have a photo, drawing and poster contest. The winner works of the contest will be part of our public installation and also win prices. Our drive for creativity did not run low at this moment and we started playing with words for the title of our exhibition.

After the discussion about the public installation few enthusiastic volunteers survived sleepy afterlunch time and started to plan the program of the antiracism seminar that will be held the 17-18th of November as a follow-up Dobre Razom study visit.

During the EurIdea festival 2007 in Wernsdorf several PMT members from Moldova, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine were interviewed about their involvement in the project, how they see themselves developing and about the future of cooperation. The lines below reveal us what YTNF is for its volunteers. Details...

Berdyansk, 5-19.09.2007 By Michail Eremeyev The aim of the workcamp “Strong-Equal” was to discuss with different youth groups problems of gender equality and gender policy in Ukraine and abroad, reasons for discrimination and future perspectives. “Peer to peer” principle was used in the activities. The project took place in Berdyansk on the Azov sea during so called “velvet season” (beginning of autumn when the weather on the sea-side is not as hot as in summer, and the beaches are not as crowded). Azov sea is also the warmest sea in the world. One of the main elements were meetings with young people and intercultural evenings. Details...
