My impressions on Group Leadership Training On the 1st – 7th of March 2007 I was a participant of Group Leadership Training, which took place in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova and was organized by AVI-Moldova. During this training I've got new theoretical information about leadership, motivation, team building, communication, conflict management and practical skills how to do presentations, to communicate with different people and to develop own leadership qualities.
As for me all of workshops were organized in a good way, they combined lectures, brain storms, discussions and practical work in small and big groups.
These groups were different every time, so it was possible to know all participants better and to improve our communication skills. We had a lot of active energizers, reflecting and relaxing exercises, which helped to work successfully.
Our trainers were very experienced, flexible and tolerant. I really liked that they communicated with us not only during workshops but also in the rest time. There were no conflicts in the group because participants had a high level of self-motivation and as well were motivated by trainers.
In general all the participants, trainers and prep-team founded a very positive atmosphere in the group, and I took part in this training (in workshops and intercultural events as well) with a great pleasure.
We took care of keeping in plus and positive with tea and good discussions. 12 activists met in Artemovsk during the week-end of 24-25 of February, to discuss latest developments, share impressions of Poznan Feedback Seminar, and make planning for 2007 and behind.
As an outcome, we made Plan of Action till the end of 2007, discussed in detail activities of the coming 3 months and their preparation, divided responsibilities, planned summer workcamps and activities and talked about cooperation and joint activities with partners in YTNF project. Details...
