The training took place at 11th of November, at AVI-Moldova’s office. It was facilitated by Alina Dabija, YTNF volunteer. The target group of the training where YTNF volunteers.

During the 3 hours of the training, the participants where familiarized with the steps that should be taken in order to organize a Press Conference, to write a Press Release or a Newsletter. The whole information was structured in two sessions, which consisted of the following topics:

Session 1:

  • Press Conference preparing - Crucial (eventual) factors
  • Models (guides) and empirical methods concerning the organization
  • Press Release - Structure, redactation and elaboration within examples
  •  „Writing a Press Release” - team work
  • „Press Conference process” - role play in the ground of prior steps

Session 2:

  • Newsletter - definition to the concept
  • The Newsletter scheme
  • Writing a news for the Newsletter – practical methods
  • Reversed pyramid – the most frequent method for the elaboration of an agency news
  • Training evaluation – information review, discussions and suggestions
