Exhibition on Human Rights - Events

During the last week of the exhibition, the following activities took place:

2.11.06. – Documentary on the situation in Byelorussia

4.11.06 – Lecture “Human Rights Issues in Tibet” by Young Scholars

5.11.06 – Lecture “Human Rights in Buryatia: Past, Present, and Future” by Young Scholars

On the 7th and 8th of November, a 5-minute program was shown several times on a local TV station.

On the 20th October the new exhibition on human rights prepared by human rights PMT of Siberian Creative Group was opened in Ulan-Ude. The opening was attended by around 30 people, including several prominent VIPs, officials, journalists and of course many young people of the city. Details...
