Long-Term Volunteers Required
We are still looking for two SCI long-term volunteers to work for one year in social projects in Moldova and Ukraine, starting on October 1st 2006. The posts are being partially funded by the EVS Program of the European Union. For further information contact info@sci-d.de.
SCI Germany is currently organizing two Summer Schools for PMT members from SCG, Siberia. The first was focused on the theme “working with minorities”. The second, which will take place from 12.08 – 02.09.2006 in a former Gestapo camp (now a remembrance centre) near Osnabruck has the topic of anti-racism.

28 JULY 2006, Kharkiv
On the 28th of July the meeting of the PMT on Human Rights Traveller (HRT) workcamp (WC) was held in Kharkiv.
The participants of the meeting were: Galya Uvarova (camp leader of HRT), Andrey Kurasov (responsible for HRT preparation), and Jasmin Sohner (EVS volunteer experienced in Human Rights education in school). Another camp leader Zlata Bayrachnaya was absent.
