General assembly of SVIT 2008
On December 13-14 IVO "SVIT-Ukraine" had its annual meeting, in order to sum up the results of the year, discuss issues related to future activities of the organization, cooperation with local and international partners. The meeting took place in Kharkiv. Agenda covered report for activities of 2008, evaluation of structure and membership, coordination of activities, accepting new full members, becoming SCI branch and cooperation with partners in Ukraine and abroad, ideas for volunteer projects for 2009, preparation of group leaders. Other possibilities for creative input were common cooking, and of course SVIT annual party.

Conflicts, racism – national and ethnic identity, neighbors in Europe, non-violent conflict resolution, and conclusions. These were the headlines for each of the 5 days of international PEACE seminar, which took place in Svyatogorsk, Ukraine, from November 25 to 30. The seminar has gathered 37 participants from 15 countries.

Dear friends!
We happy to announce that on 28 December we planning to organize Christmas party event for blind children. It will be realized by our social inclusion PMT together with activists from our partner organization “The Seeing Heart”. We had invited 60 visual impaired children from all Belarus.
We plan to organize “Christmas Eve” story, also different funny games and interactive competitions.
And of course, It will be Ded Moroz (Russian Santa Claus), who will give different gifts to children.
