Multiplier Training Course “Partnership In Action” in the frame of the large scale project “Youth Transcending New Frontiers” "Partnership in Action" - Exchange of knowledge, experience & best practice on methods of human rights education & social inclusion of young people Objective: To create a long-term educational partnership network Aims: - To explain and demonstrate necessity of creating networks of multipliers who are working in the sphere of human rights education and social inclusion at grass-roots level - To share know-how, knowledge, experiences & examples of best practice in methodologies of human rights education and promotion of social inclusion - To examine ways to improve the quality & efficacy of our education programs - To elaborate future follow-up projects (short-, medium and long-term) between CoE countries in the aforesaid spheres Participants: Belarus, Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, United Kingdom, Finland, France and Switzerland Working languages: English and Russian Implementing the aim of the project, we aim to promote active citizenship among young people, help them develop a conscious approach towards processes that are taking place within society, both in their countries and in Europe in general. If we want to build a democratic and sustainable European society, it is necessary to learn how to live and work together despite political, cultural, religious and social differences. By focusing on ailments and problems of society, pointing out reasons of social injustice and exclusion, we are trying to show practical approaches towards society’s transformation. Within the framework of the project, young people from different countries will have the opportunity to share experience regarding the situation in their countries and possible ways of creating awareness & solving problems by human rights education and social inclusion. Participants from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Moldova will have the opportunity to try joint work with multipliers from Western European countries who are more experienced in implementing educational programs in the sphere of human rights and social inclusion. This opportunity is vital for participants from Eastern Europe, as in Western European countries notions as Human rights and Social inclusion have long ago become a focus of attention of aware citizens of these countries possibilities and creating an action plan and a strategy for future activities.
